Other provinces: Beer delivered to customers is non-chilled beer for long distance transportation.

  • Delivery within 7 days in Belgium
  • Delivery within 7 days outside Belgium

Delivery time may be longer than usuals in the following circumstances:

  • Unable to contact the customer
  • The address is not correct
  • Shipping partner
  • Objective reasons such as weather, natural disasters, epidemics

In case we can not reach you the parcel will return and a redelivery fee will be charged for the next delivery. We will contact you again to make redelivery because of failed delivery due to the above reasons or parcel refusal by the recipient

Responsibilities of the company for the provision of goods documents:

During the delivery and delivery process, if the customer wants to issue an invoice and document, the company will send it to the customer when buying directly at the store or buying goods to receive at home, then we will send it via email to the customer.

Refund and Returns 

Customer has the right to request for goods return in case the goods found defect, improper versus standard and the defect does not result by customer’s fault in loading/ unloading, storage or in the process of product using. Please email us directly with your return request.

In the unlikely event that your goods are damaged in transit please contact us immediately. Depending on the order and extent of damage to the goods we will be able to provide you with a credit or replacement, this is at the sole discretion of Le Perle de Mekong.
